How to Talk so Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk

We have all had those moments when we watch helplessly as child struggles with an emotion and lashes out. I found a great technique to help them work through it from the book below. It has already been incredibly helpful in the office and at home! Just hand the child a piece of piece and ask them to "draw their feelings." That is it...then move away!
